Do you sell weed? No, but we do gift it with your purchase of select items. Totally fine if you don’t want it - you have options to choose from when shopping! At this time in DC, it is illegal to sell and/or buy weed. Initiative 71 permits the gifting or sharing of up to 1 Oz per person, per day. 

Can I buy 1+ pound(s) or do you know where I can? No and no! It is not legal to buy or sell weed. We do not buy nor sell weed. Please refer to Initiative 71 for further information. 

Do I have to send a selfie with my ID? Sigh… Yes. This is to ensure the safety of all parties + age verification. You must be 21+ to shop with us. 

Do I need a DC ID or address to shop here? No. You need a valid government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport. We only deliver in DC. If you do not live in DC and need a place to meet your driver, no problem! Give us a call and we’ll give you a safe + convenient location. Refer to HOW IT WORKS for more details.

Is my information safe with you? What info is stored? If you’ve ordered with us before, that means we’ve verified your ID at least 2 times - when you first placed your order + when you received it. We will save your name + number so we can more easily accommodate you the next time you order. No cloud services are used in this process. If you do not wish to have your contact saved (new customers) or want it deleted (returning customers) from our business phone, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
